Executive Director of the Healthy Start Coalition of Jefferson, Madison and Taylor Counties. In her role as the CEO, she is responsible for maternal and child health planning for the three counties, including a full needs assessment and strategic service plan. She oversees two home visiting programs, namely Healthy Start and Healthy Families services, three county health department contracts, and a staff of 9. Donna has been employed with the Coalition for over nineteen years and holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and is an Enrolled Agent. She is an active Kiwanian from Madison County and sits on several community action boards to promote maternal and child health initiatives.
