Client Complaints and Grievances
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Network or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. To file a complaint with the Network, you must submit complaint in writing to our Privacy Officer at: leadership@hsmnetwork.org
You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
