Jennifer Schwalb Floyd serves as the Executive Director for the Healthy Start Coalition of Brevard County, the lead organization in Brevard for providing maternal, infant and child health services. Ms. Floyd is responsible for the guidance of the Healthy Start system of care in Brevard. She has over 30 years of experience in maternal and child health, social service, non-profit management, and strategic planning. Ms. Floyd is active in local and statewide maternal and child health initiatives and promotes new programs to meet these needs. Jennifer Schwalb Floyd earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and her Master’s in Business Administration from Rollins College.
