The Healthy Start MomCare Network (HSMN) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding commercially available home visiting data systems that support client intakes, case management, reporting, analytics and Medicaid claims processing for multiple maternal and child health programs across the state. If vendors provide Medicaid claims submissions and reconciliation for revenue cycle management support, they should also include this information, but it is not required. The anticipated system will support a statewide network of approximately 30+ organizations, over 1,500 users, and millions of participant records, with ongoing real-time data exchange and reporting requirements.
