The Intake & Referral Coordinator is an independent professional who completes an initial contact interview with pregnant women and parents of infants who were referred for maternal-child health home-visiting services. The majority of the work will be completed either telephonically or in-person, but written, text and other correspondence will be included. HIPPA guidelines and client confidentiality must be maintained. Hours can vary and have some flexibility, including working evening and weekend hours in addition to normal business hours.
