Job Opening – Executive Director

JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Director for the Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County reports to a Board of Directors and is responsible for establishing partnerships among the private sector, government agencies and Maternal and Child Health Care providers for planning, funding, and coordinating prenatal and infant health care services in Orange County, Florida. 

REQUIREMENTS & Skills

Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree preferred, have 5+ years of management experience, excellent communication and supervisory skills, knowledge of evaluating financial and internal controls, government procurement processes, grant writing skills, be an effective motivator and facilitator, and have the ability to develop a strategic plan.
