FAHSC Annual Conference

Each year, FAHSC hosts a conference in a central location to bring together our partners and coalitions for education, collaboration, and celebration. This year, on October 15–16, the conference will be held in Orlando at Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South.

On the evening of October 15, FAHSC will host our Annual Awards Celebration. This is a much anticipated catered event where we present the Laura Pan Scholarship Award, the Manny Fermin Maternal and Infant Health Award, and other recognitions.

Attendees

Our partners, MIECHV local implementing agencies, FAHSC staff, and leadership and key staff members from our 32 coalitions will attend our annual conference. We expect 300 or more attendees, including chief executive officers, associate directors, provider and community liaisons, home visitors, TEAM Dad coaches, agency funders, and maternal and child health partners.

Sponsorship–Applications closed for 2026

Sponsor tables will be in a high-traffic location to provide interaction with our attendees. Sponsors who are tabling at the event are welcome to attend open portions of our meetings and will be provided catered snacks and lunch in addition to the hotel’s complimentary breakfast buffet and evening reception.
